Ex-Cav Tyrone Corbin substituted by Lebron James on “all-time by numbers” list

tyrone-corbin-minnesotaThe Cleveland Cavaliers created “The Cava-List: All-Time Cavs, By the Numbers” and initially placed Tyrone Corbin’s photo for the No. 23 jersey, RealGM reported.

Corbin played 16 seasons in the NBA, averaging career-high 18.0 ppg for Minnesota Timberwolves in 1990-91 season.

Corbin played a total of 1065 NBA games (458 started), averaging 9.2 ppg in 26 minutes on the court.

Later, Corbin was replaced by Lebron James, who broke most of the Cavaliers’ major statistical marks in his tenure with the franchise from 2003-10.

“Without question, LeBron’s photo belongs here!” the website wrote underneath the photo.

“The number 23 was also worn by Chris Dudley, Gary Freeman, Rowland Garrett, Mike Bratz, Bruce Flowers, Tyrone Corbin, John Morton, Rod Higgins, Carl Thomas and Derek Anderson.
