Ex-NBA player Clifford Robinson confirms he’s on “Survivor” tv-show

clifford-robinson-survivorFresh after returning from North Korea with Dennis Rodman and ther former NBA players, Clifford Robinson has confirmed that he will be on the “Survivor” TV show, NBA.com reported.

“Thank you for all the love. I’m glad I can finally confirm that I’m on the next season of #Survivor,” Robinson tweeted on Jan. 23.

A slightly overweight Robinson, who is 6’10, towers over other participants in this photo on your left.

The television show “Survivor” has featured a few former professional athletes as cast members, and Robinson is their newest member.

Robinson played 19 seasons in the NBA, appearing in total of 1380 games (started in 844). He played for Portland TrailBlazers, Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors and New Jersey Nets.

Robinson, a 1994 NBA All-star, averaged career high 21.3 ppg for Portland in 1993-94 season. He holds career averages of 14.2 ppg and 4.6 rpg in 30.8 mpg.
