WATCH: 5’7 Spud Webb dunks the ball…during NBA game

spud_webb_twohand-dunkAnthony “Spud” Webb is known to most NBA fans as some guy who once won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest.

The 5’7 Webb was a back-up guard for the Atlanta Hawks early in his career, including the year 1986, when he won the Slam Dunk Contest.

Webb’s unbelievable jumping ability for his height left a long-lasting memory both on his opponents and spectators.

Webb would go on with his NBA career and play for the Sacrament Kings, Minnesota Timberwolves and Orlando Magic. Webb led the NBA in free-throw percentage with 93% during the 1994-95 season, while with the Sacramento Kings.

Webb played 814 games in his NBA career, averaging 9.9 points per game, and registering 8072 points and 4342 assists in twelve seasons.
